At the time concrete is installed it should have been finished with a cure-seal. In time the cure-seal can wear off and the concrete is exposed to elements. Concrete that is not sealed properly will begin to take on stains from rubber tires, oil, moss, mold and any other items exposed to.

By properly maintaining your concrete, you will seal out these contaminates. Most importantly in the Pacific Northwest, we can lock out the green moss and mold spoors that can grow in concrete. When concrete is resealed, it will slow down the aging process and lessen cracking issues.
